Cutting out

I had a problem with my 06 SD cutting out while idling at traffic lights / junctions etc....new battery seemed to cure the problem....but recently it has re appeared, just fitted Yoshi carbon race cans, R and G tail tidy with micro indicators, and had the bike remapped.
Cutting out has re appeared, this time while on the move, i can be changing up or down gears, pretty intermittent.
Just wondering if anyone else has been having these problems.

and have you tried a 15 min reset? as you said a new map was loaded
