DB killers - are these too small

Hi

Just had my brother weld some discs onto my db killers, for my round akras. They were allready modified before my brother started. The original tube had been replaced with a wider tube (to get more noise).

I think they were too loud with the db killers before, so I had my brother weld some plates/discs onto the ends. See this picture:

The holes in the db killer is only about 1,3cm wide. Is that too little, will I choke the engine and destroy something?
They look a little small - you could always drill some holes around the edge or enlarge the hole.
I made them a big bigger and fitted them.. .damn the machine is quiet now, it's amazing.
It feels like the bike is slower, but it was probably the dB horses that I'm missing..
AndersH,

Off topic...dude I've seen your avatar a bunch of times, but never really looked at it. That has to be one of the best avatars out there...laughed my ass off!
