Does Titanium Rust?

Late last June, I installed the KTM Akra titanium full system. Recently, I noticed that the front header and rear header pipes are both rusting! Is this normal? Does titanium rust? Have other folks had this happen? I ask because other titanium systems, even Akra systems, I've had on other bikes have never done this....

Thanks for your feedback.

I say WOW TOO! I loved it, if you indeed picked that right out of your head, I may just reseat myself in here as of today.

into my corner I will go to cease the ranting none, humble me you must but all of that?

whadda ye tryin to do to me reset my eyballs in thare sockets?.... I will require tharapy after that. "

Sorry about that , it all comes from when i had a Tuono , and my titanium cracked due to stress , i was peeeed off , as it was very expensive , so my buddy took it to work , R.A.F. St .Atthens and T.I.G welded it .

Sorry ive been slack getting back , i had major pc problems .
A lot of work to sort it out ......

Stainless stuff , mostly isnt magnetic , apart from the stuff you guys already mentioned ......
I once changed my rotor bolts on a mille R i bought , and the speedo stopped working , i did a air box mod the same time , so i spent a hour stripping the bike back down

Before i realised that the speed sensor on a mille works on the STEEL bolts of the brake rotor , not the stainless ones i had replaced them with . lols.

Learned the hard way i did .

Looks like the Ti system to me.

Perhaps it just needs a clean!
That's a Ti system, it's just road crud burnt onto the hot exhaust. A scotchbrite and alloy wheel cleaner brings it off.

Do you clean your bike Just looks F'n dirty to me and I would
have to say it's just like the rest fully TI, but a bit mucky.
