Drain plug under petrol tank

I'm pretty sure this is normal.

I have also noticed this on lifting the tank and asked the same question on here.

Found it.........

The pipe under the tank is the overflow, it is connected to the filler neck under the fuel cap. If you overfill the tank, the fuel will run out of here instead of down the outside of the tank. The reason it is dripping when the tank is up is due to having a nearly full tank.When the tank is up, the fuel level is above the fuel cap, the seal isn't designed to work submerged, and will leak a little, either that or it comes out of the breather, this is what you see dripping from underneath and why it dissapears when the tank is lowered back down. You can attach a pipe to it and run it down under the bike, but it seems KTM don't do it as standard.
