Ducati Streetfighter handlebar on SDR

Posting this just for future information reference... sorry about the crappy cameraphone pics but you get the idea of how the two compare anyway.

As you can see the Duc bar is quite a bit lower and also swept at a sharper angle. The swap was a breeze, everything bolts right up except the control box on the right side (ignition) has a nub that I ground down instead of drilling the handlebar. Took about 30 minutes to swap over and get it right. Be advised that the bars will hit the tank so the steering stops need to be adjusted out a few mm, but it's not drastic at all.

There's still salt and snow on the ground so I didnt take it for a rip, but sitting on the bike they feel great. They're lower, but not THAT much lower. I don't think it'll impact comfort at all.

I'll post pics of the final product with a decent camera when I get a chance. It looks great on the bike.

Im already registered, thatz how i no all the UK guys are holdin on3 therz!

Problem with that guy is hes in USA so by the time ive paid him 4 the bars plus the postage i might as well jus buy a new pair from Ducati dealer!
