#3forgot to add how loud this thing is now that the cans are "broken in". Anyone have a good suggestion for good exhaust packing material? I wouldnt mind trying to quiet these things down a little.

#17The easiest thing to do is put the FMF "cones" in facing the engine. I did that and they are now bearable.
So your bike made 110HP. Re-mapped , I assume? I didn't see a torque figure...
