I suspect your post is because you're thinking the same thing I do when I see these,

How can that be so much cheaper than ASV's / Cycle Control etc ??

Where are they saving so much money?

Do I really want a front brake lever that appears to be a cheap copy of a good one?

Me thinking like Jody,, looks as though their made in China,, I would say go with some ASV's, you won't regret buying the best,, CC levers would be another good choice now their available again,, for that price though a set as spares wouldn't be bad, just to test the waters,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

They are the same ones I got, from the "goodparts" seller. Delivered for just over $40 AUD.
I'll get some macro shots this morning and post them up in a couple of hours.

I'm no expert but its hard to believe they wouldnt be CNC, there are no "seams" on them and they have the same machine markings as the pazzos.

SWMBO had flattened my camera batteries so no nice macro shots but I took a couple with the phone before heading off. I'll get some better ones soon and post again.

Pete, no doubt, you get what you pay for, but at quarter of the price of the name brand units, these are not too bad at all.

Thanks troy!
I'm hesitant towards a short clutch lever... I don't think my 2 fingers can handle the clutch in city traffic

I've been down the road of "cheaper chinese" parts on a few vintage Vespas and I have regretted it every single time. Especially when the funky Chinese part destroys nice stock parts.

To me it makes no sense to have a bad ass ride like the SD, that is clearly not a bargain bike and throw discount parts on.

I could see if you were looking to save dough on upgrading a salvage title SV650 or were short on dough and needed to replace something that lets you get back to commuting ASAP.

You never regret quality.

I'm not a racer so I don't think pure aluminium levers will broke in my hands after a hard braking..

I received my 29£ levers today. Took 10 minutes to fit, for clutch lever used the bushing from original lever. They look really nice and look 100% like pazzo levers. I think that the honk kong guys get them from the same factory just without pazzo labels...

edit...just checked from pazzo web .. product codes match...
