#2"Required"? How about "requested" or "solicited"?
Assuming a 990 here, and that you're using TuneECU (?). If so - yes there is: There is a code associated with the map, e.g. KM611US0704530 (KM611EU0704530 - European version, and don't ask me what the differences are ...) for Akrapovic slip-ons (EVOs, US ?).
The kind TuneECU folks have put together a nice listing of downloadable maps with brief descriptions here: http://www.tuneecu.com/KTM_Tune_list.html
This is a well documented matter on this very site ...

#3sorry mate should have said, im running the pc3, it came with bike, only reason im interested in whether or not the akra map is installed on ecu is so that I can get the correct map loaded to the pc3, ive just fitted the Rottweiler air box and sas block of plates and wanted to see if I have to update the pc3 map

#4I reckon you'd be better of running one or the other, either a tuneecu map that's different to standard or a standard map on ecu with the PC3 running a different map to change the fuelling. If you run a different ecu map, ie the Akra map, then the PC3 with another map your just going to change the already changed fuelling.
Personally I think you can get better results from tuneecu, and even better results with tuneecu and dyno time. If it were me I'd sell the pc3 and put the cash towards dyno time, especially as you have the rotty box too.
