Engine stalling when braking.

A problem that have been om my bike since new, but have started to piss me off the last year.

Complained and told them (MotoSeinäjoki, Finland) that they should look it over while I had my bike there on the 15,000km service.

Just told me that I have the newest MAP and it seams OK

Still same shit.

Phoned back again and said it's NO GOOD.

Ok I got a new service time, when they did the following checks/adjustments.
- Checked and verified function of the clutch micro swith = OK
- Checked and verified function of the gear and fotstand micro swith = OK
- Changed the MAP, engines runs now much richer.
- Did a Dynorun to verify the emissions and fuelinjection, (115hp/94Nm@wheel)
- Adjusted the flaps or servo motors for the fuelinjection, so that they don't close so fast.

No difference what gear or if i get in neutral.
Only happens when I take in the clutch and on the same time brake a litle bit harder, no stopies but hard. Engine rpm from 5000+. You can se that the engine rpm drops down to 1500 and then slowly drops to 1000 and then i dies. It dosen't happen if you have it on the dyno.

It dosen't happen all the times but to often.
Last ride it did 10 times during 1,5 hour.

Phone again and and they told me that they need s to talk to KTM Nordic and se if they have any idea's and call me back.
I Askt them if it could be the tillt sensor that is causing this ?
- He didn't know but said that we migth need to change it just in case.

This last phone call was Monday 14 July 2008, and they haven't called back yet.

NO problem to start it back again.

I think the first was the Euro Akro map.

I not shure But I'm guesing that the MAP that I now have is disabling the (hmm what is it called now, the sensor on the exhaust) and just runs much richer, I can heare it gurgling a little more and some poff poff.

orpheus
He adjusted the idle control servo = No help

If I just take in the clutch and a soft braking = No problem

UPDATE

NO not fuel moving around in the tank, same if full or almost empty.
Have the Carbon tank fited, but KTM Nordic did not belive that could have anything to do with IT

It's not frequent but it has happened to me. Hard acceleration following hard braking and downshifting. It will only restart after hitting the starter, not worth trying to downshift and let the clutch go so my best guess is no spark on the plug/electronics shutdown... Same thing on any other day and It doesn´t happen soo its a bit frustrating trying to explain to the dealer what's happening.
