Any reason why they need to be copper? have some standard workshop lock nuts on and they dont melt the plastic or come off like the last ones did?

#2I dunno mate, probably....I've learnt not to go for aftermarket buts/fixings now and I've replaced mine before too, just ordered the copper replacements....
