I just finished my first service, while in there I removed the EVAP complete system and the air injection complete system. My bike has 1500 miles and all four exhaust valves were loose. Two of them were loose by one shim size and the other two required two shim sizes. I installed a resistor where I unplugged the EVAP and air injection systems so the FI light does not come on. I also cut the 2nd and 3rd gear limit wires. I have not rode the bike yet but should be a new animal.
