Fit a 190 on the SDR

can you fit a 190 instead of the 180 on the SDR and if so would it be a
190-50 or 190-55
i have read it on here before but i can't find it any again..

I had a 190 on mine for about 1000mls and was fine, to be honest I didn[t realy notice a lot of difference
