88kg is 194 lbs which is what I weight. I'm not having any issues with the stock springs on an 08SDR, which are .97kg/mm or 95n. They should be close unless there is another problem.
To get an accurate read you need to get two friends for help. Get in your gear. Get in a tuck with one friend balancing the bike. The other takes two measurements. One after compressing the front; The other after lifting up on the forks and letting them settle. Average the two.
If the readings are more than 10mm apart things are in a bind. Loosen the axle pinch bolts. Loosen the lower trees. Back off the triple a half turn.
Compress and lift the forks. Fast-as in bounce.
Tighten things back up in reverse order.
If this doesn't help or if there is not excessive sticktion, I know it's not really a word, I'd take 'em to a suspension shop and have 'em checked out.

The max weight reccomendation for the std SD springs is 85kg as they are 9nm, and the rear is a 160/185 so in that sense it wouldn't surprise me if you're needing to use max preload although I've never got round to setting my rider sag myself.

The SDR uses 9.5nm fork springs and a 180/185 rear so can handle more than the std SD that SimG has showing in his pic.

The last suspension guy that setup my bike didn't bother setting it as he didn't consider I was at the extreme end of the weight range, but with gear I'm probably more than 10 kilos over the 85 max recommended weight so I'm switching springs this year and going to get the suspension and sags set up properly.

Got some 9.5nm springs off the WP distributor on ebay for £49 and got a 170/185 coming for the rear.

For reference the 07> SD's (std and SDR) also have 9.5nm springs - although as per your pic looks like you have an 05/06 which are 9.0nm
