so i picked up a used 07 a couple weeks ago and no problems except went to put the suspension back to stock so i could get a baseline...realised the prev owner had the suspension all out of wack....uneven preload on the forks..while backing the preload all the way off the right side preload adjust became fozen after i backed all adjustments all the way out for both forks and bounced it up and down a bit to get an idea of where i should start and a feel for the siffness of springs with everything off..when i went to start adding preload the right fork adjuster is frozen solid....real solid...

yes ive bleed out the air and checked everything...all suspension action is fine...comp and rebound work perfect..no sticktion in fork motion or binding

so any suggestions or anybody have this happen before....right now im riding around with basically 0 preload which surprisingly is not as awful as it could be thanks to the stiff springs

any help would be amazing
thanks
Just pull the cap and see if it releases, (maybe something just binding) you can get an adjustable tool for about $15!
are you talking about pulling off the fork tube top as if i was removing the springs or something?
