Fuel Pump problem

Just found out that apparantly the intermittant fault with the running of my new SD (wont rev over 4 or 5 k) is possibly due to the fuel pump. Apparantly KTM have only had one other instance of it happening, unless you know otherwise !!

They are replacing the pump and I'm getting it back next Friday so fingers crossed !

yep, a suction malfunction, if you have plugged the lines that were meant to go to the egr canister under the seat, this can cause it.

try to make it do this again. It takes a prolonged and constant load to recreate this scenario,

when it occurs stop and open the fuel cap, re close it then haul ass to see if it runs great. until the load is there once again. HTH
