Maybe it was poorly written but I meant that when I rang Bracken last Monday 11th, they said come in on the 12th which I did
They have always seemed a decent bunch to me, andreas76 was in there having his bike sorted at short notice as well
I can only assume they have been flooded with work in the last week.
