G2 Throttle cam system

I picked up a G2 throttle cam system to with my new Rizoma sport bend MA010 handlebars. Just curious what cam is best to run on the SD? The 100 cam is same as stock, 200 is a little more forgiving, and 400 is most forgiving. The adventure guys seem to be running 400 cam mostly, is that too much slack for the SD? I think I'll try the 200 first, but I figured someone here probably knows what is best by now.
If your injection is sorted than 100 or the 50, if not start with 200 ...

If your injection is sorted .25 Fooking love that cam! I think its a good idea to leave a small amount of slack in the throttle cables though. The slightest twitch at lower speeds can result in a input if you are not careful.
I've got the O2 sensor eliminators installed and akra pipes with map. The throttle still has a little snatch to it, nothing terrible. What else can I do besides SAS block off?

I'm running the .25 and its awesome. I've got a pretty smooth tune, no O2 sensors, and no SAS though. With the .25 its a bit snatchy but still not as bad as when the bike was 100% stock. Now I no longer have to break my wrist trying to go full throttle.
Snatchy throttle on my bike when new was down right awful,,,installed the G2 with the .50 cam,,,AKRA download with Yoshi's,,02 eliminators,,have not done the SAS as of yet,,,,,smoothed out the throttle so much it seemed to be a different bike,,I would think when I install my motobox and remove the SAS thing's will smoothe out further,,,at which point I will be doing tune ECU to make the whole package that much more rideable on the street,,,,
So guys where is the best place to get this throttle cam To date advice seems to be to buy from a dealer in Denmark if we are UK based.
Any advice on an easier way to fit than seemingly have to do lots of grinding of the throttle housing.

Just needs a bit of dremel work. Can't see KTM releasing a cam that is as fast action as the .25
