Gap between seat?

Hey everyone! Im a long time viewer of Superduke forums and just recently decided to join.

I've looked through out the galleries and I have noticed something on my SD that isnt too common.







Theres a 3/4 inch gap between the seat and the rear wing thingy. Its not the other side, but its only about 1/2 and inch gap. Just wondering what causes this and if there is a possible fix. I was thinking maybe the Evap Can is pushing the seat up a bit, but who knows. Let me know your input!
