Handle bar riser kits ?

I am thinking about bringing the handle bars up and back to me for a little more upright riding position.

Anyone have thoughts Pros -n- Cons

Any recommendations I see Plipton has a stock 18mm set and it looks good, how much work/money would it be?

Also Rizoma has a nice universal set up.
