I had a bad head gasket and was losing coolant. As part of diagnosing/trying to find the problem, dealer analyzed exhaust gasses. How does your oil filter look - any clues there?
Water pump seal , allows water into the oil when it fails. Not changed one myself but supposed to be fairly easy.

Are you using the OEM paper oil filter? If so, remove the filter and make sure that the filter pleats are straight and have no "wave" to them. Water cannot pass through the paper filter and will clog the pleats. The oil pressure will collaps the pleats as it pumps oil pass the restricted filter.
