No, this looks like a classic case of being too rich in the middle. On a carbed bike I would start by droping the needle a clip position or two. On the SD, the first thing I'd try is going back to the standard map (zero map) and see if the symptoms improve at that RPM then proceded from there.

Your probably right. Some bikes including mine run very rich on the stock map. With the akra map loaded it's probably toooo much.
