there are three connectors out of the real head light I need to know which colors are ground and hot ones thank you

Been ages since I did mine. What are the options? I'd guess at red = positive and black or brown = neg. do you have a voltage meter to check?

If you install it, make sure you have a strong generator and battery, I can't use mine in the first 10 seconds as it saps the left over power from cranking, saying that I have no issues what's so ever with the electrical and still running on the original battery cared by a trickle charger.
I got mine from eBay and hooked into the original loop with a slim ballast. Ah and I can only turn it on after the bike is running otherwise during cranking it turns off and stay off.
