High idle on start up

The SD's been running a bit rough lately. On start up yesterday the idle climbed quickly to 3000rpm and would have gone higher but I shut it down.
Tried a few starts with the same result. Idle stayed high and didn't settle with reving the throttle, but I had to get home so rode it and the idle settled after about 2 minutes.

Anyway, hooked up TuneECU today and got a few error codes: P0223 2nd TPS high voltage or short circuit to battery. As well as P0413; P1105.

Throttle voltage came up as 17.0v an 0.73v. No.2 reading (0.73v) changes to 3.75v at 100% throttle. The No.1 reading (17.0v) stays the same.

Is there a way to reset the high voltage using TuneECU (I tried a few things with the program, but didn't make a difference) or, is the TPS buggered.

Bike has 2nd flies and shafts removed long ago. No probs like this before now.

With the above voltage readings the butterflies are adjusted spot on (TuneECU) and idle sits fairly steady around 1450.
