Hole in rad

My 990 superduke radiator has a hole where the tube bit joins the rubber pipe , on the left side as you sit on bike at the top ,, can this be welded , also are all the rads the same for each year , it's just a pinprick sized hole , bikes only done 8000m rad still looks like new ,, thanks for any replies ,,,
