Hi guys seems like a simple enough question but how do I remove the pin in the stock levers to use it in the rizoma levers I have? I cant quite seem to get it out?
What side? clutch or brake, i just changed both of mine yesterday, took me 10 mins to do both
You have to tap out the pivot bearing thing a mabob,, then the pin slides right out for re-use,,,,,,
The brake. I have removed them but need to remove the pin that links the brake pressure to the lever.
So unscrew the allen key linking the nipple to the pivot bearing? then tap out? I want to reuse it surely this will mash it?
If i remember correctly, there is the stock adjuster, just keep turning it, cant remember if it in or out, then with a little wiggle you can get the pin out

Ah I think I get what you mean. Will give it a go.
Just loosening the adjuster is not quite enough, to wiggle mine out anyway, the pivot bearing did come out fairly easy once started,,,
God damn!

I feel so stupid! I figured it out and pushed the pin out from the lever and it worked a treat.

Thanks for the help guys. The rizoma levers are pretty nice. Mind you so are those ASVs.
Glad it came out in the end
