How to tighten steering head bearings?

Hey,

i feel a "clonk" when i brake and also if i drive over bumps and stuff. When i stand still holding the front brake and push the bike forward i can see and feel the steering head moving a little.

Can someone tell me the proper procedure for adjusting the bearings? Thanks a million.

turn the bars to the left full lock, losen the centre allen head bolt 6mm I think, then use a 22 mm to tightem centre ali hex bolt. Don't over tighten. If you've been riding with it like that for a while you may want to have them checked out by your dealer. Especially if its wheelies thats gotten em that loose in the first place...
