Checked the switch first = no power - relay and holder = OK - diode = OK - diode holder = broken wire at holder connector................KTM generally use very thin and fragile wires with relatively oversized connectors and I have had similar problems with all my KTMs.

I sometimes get normal flashing other times fast flashing, haven't had the not at all flashing - but there's always the ride home...
