Jerky on constant throttle

Hi all,
I've recently bought a new Super Duke and am really enjoying it but find on a constant throttle that it lurches about a bit.
I have also seen that diconnecting two wires on the gear position switch help this but are there any other mods that could help improve this. The bike is as of yet completely standard as I only picked it up two weeks ago so any advice would be greatly apprectiated.
Sonic.
is this at low speeds in first gear? I too found the SD herky jerky initially from the well-discussed "throttle snatch."

If that's the case, then I miraculously found the bike running smoother the more hours I logged in the saddle! Problem solved...no throttle cams etc, although there are others who have made those mods.
Buy a motocross bike, ride it.
