Hello John, Good news is nice.

On the fly screw topic, not only is it the driver size at play. Think of drilling a hole through a broken bolt by hand (a specialty of mine). One must perform with the human body as if it is a drill press, (a much more exacting method of science).

This is two completely different worlds in the law of physics. that said- some us have a better instinct of keeping the screw driver perfectly straight/perpendicular when attempting to remove and install these most critical screws. These screws as you may know could ruin the whole engine if one happened to work it's way loose and fall into the engine, more likely (because of the size) it would be digested by the LC8. The large threat would be a bent valve from the odd chance the screw was pinched between the valve face and seat.

I re-used the original screws as they were in really good shape and have a large flange on them. I used blue loctite so I can remove them easily if I desire.

Moto's parts have always been perfect so I doubt they'll need removing but just to play it safe....
