KTM steering damper loose?

Had the steering damper from my KTM track package installed a couple days ago. IT seems a little bit loose. Just wondering if that is normal. The installation company says it should be a little loose cause it has to pivot. Looking at the diagram it looks like it has bushings to deal with that already.

Let me know.

Adjust it stiff, and turn your bars Left to Right does it feel like it has play?

Or do you feel the damping?
