Mounted a KTM touring screen on my '07 SD. Removes the wind blast from the helmet, directing it over my helmet. I'm 5'7". Much improved comfort at speed without being intrusive. Well worth $50 US.
I have one in the mail...

How does it look?
Yeh, I've had one on order at my dealer's for over 3 months now. Hopefully, they're making their way in. I'm 6-01. Wondering how it's going to hit me. Any taller friends for a demo ride?
Ed

Do you sit on a cushion to get windblast, I'm 5'9" and don't suffer any.

The idea of a screen on an SD seems totally alien to me but it's your call Sir

They are really cool and can be adapted without too much effort.

Finally got my screen-the first 2 arrived scratched/chipped due to lousy flimsy packaging by KTM.

Still undecided about the looks, but for just over £20 it's not the end of the world if I decide I prefer the original.

It doesn't make it look prettier, that's for sure IMO. But it doesn't hurt yer eyes either. Most important thing, does it work??...
