Fellas,
12.5 months ago I had my water pump shaft seal replaced because I was loosing a small amount of coolant. They fixed it under warranty, that warranty is now gone. It continued to loose some coolant over the last year and I saw some casting sand in the over flow tank. It seems that they never fully flushed out the casting sand when they did the water pump overhaul. So I decided to flush out the coolant system and possibly rebuild the water pump shaft seal.
After I bleed the system and I rise off the bike with water I heat the engine up and I see steam, normal.... and I see steam.... and steam
I believe that I have a leaking radiator
So before I look on Ebay does anyone here have a radiator in good shape they want to part with?
USA based.
Thanks,
Ken
