Light 'surge' during cruise...

haven't noticed before, steady throttle opening was resulting in light surge.

I guessing throttle blades need re-adjusting?

does everyone balance at idle or at say the cruise rpm? i did notice a slight balance change upon rpm increase during my last sync.
