I know the sd is a big bike but what are some good ways people have lowered the seat for a couple more inches.

#2couple of inches???
that might be difficult ... (without making the bike handle like shit)
you can probably take all padding out from the seat, i doubt you'll get more than an inch there, i have not seen dogbones for SD, and even front is rather difficult to drop much, the bars get in the way...
get high-heel boots?

Post 6 by Gregz,
#6Gregz modded the seat by narrowing it slightly. This would have the same effect as lowering it (i.e. shorter legs have more chance of reaching the ground when they don't have so much seat width to overcome)
You could probably go a bit further and cut away an inch of padding too.
Cheers
Rick
