Alright, Im working on it right now. Question is: There are two tubes that run to the charcoal canister in the tail. One comes from the fuel tank, and the other comes from this solonoid thing that is directly above and to the right of the front cylinder. What do I do here? Remove both hoses and plug? Or keep both hoses on and plug? Or run both hoses down to the bottom of the bike to vent?

And also, is it normal to have the insides of my inlet manifolds this tan color? Some of it will actually scrape off.

The tank line has to vent to atmosphere. I left it in the tail . If you over fill the tank on a warm day you may get fuel out of this line, so some have routed it out the bottom. Just remove the other line. You can leave the solenoid connected. If you want to remove the solenoid you will have to wire in a resistor to keep the check engine message off. I think I used a 1k ohm 1 watt wirewound resistor. A search for "Charcoal Canister" should get you more information.

I removed the canister and routed my lines down by the clutch slave.
I believe the tan is normal...I left it alone.

Cool, thanks guys! One more thing. What about that clear tube that runs down the left side of the bike? I believe it came off thy bottom of the stock air box? Trash it?

I removed and run the other 2 lines on the same spot. I put mine away with the original air filter.

Another question.... Do you retain those rubber groved rings on the bottom of the throttle bodies? They sealed the throttle bodies to the bottom of the stock air box.

Thanks fellas!!!!!

You don't need the rings that held the airbox onto the bodies, just stick em with the airbox.

Box is now fitted! Those secondary flies scared the fook out of me, I ALMOST stripped one screw. I need to get my cans back from FMF now...
