Need Help!

My SD has started losing water in the last week and its a lot. I was hoping it was just expired hoses because they started to turn white although I couldn't see any water leaking. But have just dropped the oil out and it's chocolate brown colour which to me means water in it. Is it definitely a head gasket if so how do I work out which one and could it be something like the water pump leaking through to the oil. Any help much appreciated!

I am running Akra evo slip on's with Akra map...and for a couple
of weeks the bike has been running Great!!!

Yesterday on the way home from work if I crack the throttle hard
anywhere under 5-6k rpms it feels like it loads up for a sec or two
and then runs hard up to redline...all gears

where before if I was in second at 5k and nailed the throttle it would
shoot the front tyre in the air. Now just bogs then catches up.

Any ideas?
