Still workin away.... but running out of light so thought i'd stop for a break and post up my pics so far!!

Hmm, prefer the old orange bars. They really looked good.
These new bars look more like some flash back from the 80's

I had better luck routing the throttle cables over the top.
Even with the bar end weights installed these bars vibrated to much for my comfort on my R.
The standard SD has rubber dampers in the bar mounts so these might work better on the SD.
I didn't mind the steering lock with 'em mounted on mine

yep, I might have to rotate the throttle like that.... the cables are proving very hard to get to fit!

Don't know if anyone else is still using the suburban machinary s4r bars, but I think I'm gonna have to take them off my 05 SD. They just vibrate too much... and put my hands to sleep. Damn shame, love the position...

I tried lead shot in the bars... still vibrate too much.
I bought some weighted bar ends from eBay, they worked a treat. No vibes at all...
