New Battery

Hey guys can anyone tell me if there is a non KTM battery that will fit my 06 SD? It has run flat about 5 times now and on really cold mornings if she doesn't start by 3rd turn over that's me screwed. Rather than go to KTM and pay and extra £30 or so i was wondering if anyone knew of a Bosch battery for example.
Cheers

No worries i found this site and they have a SD listed at £58+delivery. Thats about what i was expecting.

Although if anyone knows a place in N London i can just go and purchase that would be very handy indeed.

Hey, I posed recently about buying a fancy new lithium battery. Turned out bad, to be fair I returned it and got an immediate refund and the chap says the battery is used fine in other Sdukes.

I bought a new YUASA YTZ14S - replacing the old one and it is the business. Full grunt starts at minus a degree or 2 vs no start with the fancy battery.

I didn't like the look of the banner, almost all mcycle dealers sell the yuasa around my patch of london as they all say it's the best aftermarket. I got mine from a yamaha dealer I think the sduke one is the msot powerful battery they make.

Please read before buying a light weight lithium battery.
Seems the SuperDuke doesn't like them.

I would be very care full with Lithium Ion batteries. If you don't have the right electronic for them the might burn up. Super Duke on fire, garage on fire, .... I had a Lithium Ion Battery (Not a Motorcycle Battery) go off in flames in my house. I did save the house but it was a close call. Thats why I am saying what I am saying.
Best deal I found, here is a link for the "Yuasa" brand Battery also sold under the "Motocross" brand name for less money $ 121.00 incl. shipping in the US:
