Yes John it was, If you want to get the actual TSB # and you want it before I can get it then here is the #918-744-5551 that is Honda/KTM of Tulsa, talk to Stephen.

Best thing is to call your preferred dealer and ask them, (according to Stephen), they take your vin # from your bike and go to the KTM dealer web site,

they stick your # in there and all TSB's that pertain to your particular bike will come up, this is the way it is done.

as far as what it actually is... as described, I picked his brain quite well to the point he was reading it to me on the phone...
