numberplate light

hi all
does the numberplate light come off in 1 peice? i would have a tamper with it but i know what im like im bound to fook it up!
my grandad does metal work and is going to make me a tail tidy but i would like to keep the original light and indicators.

Undo the screws (6) under the duckbill and the whole licence plate holder comes off, unplug the cable or pull the bulb out and you have the whole lot in your hand.
