Just washed the bike and when I started her up I noticed after a few mins some oil coming from this hole. Any ideas why this should be?

#3The mystery of the oil isn't solved yet though…. …. hopefully it just crud washed out by your over enthusiastic pressure washing

#4Think it means you have failed spark plug tube o-rings and oil pooling around top of spark plug.

#5Yep usually a pinched/faulty/perished spark plug seal, easy fix though.
