oil seeping around water pump cover

#2It is, unless oil has seeped through the water pump seal (needs replacing then) and the water will sit on top of it.
Might be worth opening your airbox to see if you have the creamy mess which will be the oil and water forming and come out the crankcase breather into the airbox.
