2007 SD with round race cans standard KTM map and pc111. Haven't added any Dynojet map to pc111.

Took bike to local respected tuner.

Started with 108hp and 73 lb/ft torque. curves look very nice and linear.

A lot of messing later, 110hp 75 torque.

He showed me a map of a SD he done a few months earlier, same spec as mine and after fitting pc pretty much exact same hp and torque, curves were almost identical.

He then fitted a dna filter to said bike and carried out some air box mods.

Result was 120hp and a few more torque (can't remember how many and forgot to bring other printout with me. )

Pretty unbelievable really.

In the next couple of weeks we will be doing same mods to mine and running a before and after dyno.

Results to follow.

LOL was about 2 degrees when i picked it up on friday evening, left my gloves in my dads car and had to ride it home gloveless.
