PCIII map for 08 SD

I have an 08 SD with the Leo Ti slip-ons with baffles, PCIII with O2 eliminators installed, the 2-3rd gear mod, Emission canister removed, stock air filter, and stock KTM ECM tune.

I live at about 900ft above sea level and use 93 octane via R+M/2 method in the USA.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the best PCIII map to start with. I have heard that the dynojet.com provided maps are not that good...but I want to start with one or two before my custom dyno tune in a few weeks.

Thanks in advance for the help.

i have Ti Leo's... i contacted Leo Vince and they have recommended using a map for any other slipons. They recommended NOT to use euro maps on US/Canada bike...

i've tried the graves map, i think i ended up using it with the 'butt-plugs', but it was far from ideal.

you'd think that the baffles do not restrict much... try taking them out, load -03 map, put in earplugs and go for a ride. yes the noise is... well... it's loud, but i doubt you'll ever want to put them back in. The bike runs soooo much better, lot faster, lots more top power...

now maybe the -02 and -04 maps are just crap, and with good map baffled bike would still run great. maybe. or it might be that the baffles really do make a significant difference - i'm sure the -03 map could be improved as well...
Only way to know for sure is to have the bike dyno-tuned both with and without the plugs...

i will be eventually getting a custom map for baffles-in setup, as the local track is quite anal about the noise restrictions, but because of lack of qualified tuners in the area, i did not get it done this year... hopefully in the spring, a new dyno-centre is opening not too far away...
once i do get one, i will post it here, i'm sure for most people with slip-ons and standard SD it will work better then the dynojet maps.

latest update.... I took out the Leo's quiet baffle inserts. Bike is much stronger (still no PCIII installed) Bike wheelies with easy rollon in 1st gear and comes up well in second with a little tug. I do not slip the clutch, just pull a little on the bars and gas it.

Installed PCIII, O2 eliminators, and the 003 map from dynojet.com....I can't really tell a difference from no power commander at all. If anything it feels like it lost a little low end grunt. It still wheelies in 1st with rollon, but is harder to get up in 2nd.

I was really hoping that for $300 I would notice a difference.

Jehadjoe.....Do you have a USA SD or Euro?
