PCV on 07

I've decieded to go with PCV due to autotune option and.
Since it is the first time i will mess around with PC.
Is there any reason why it is better to use PCIII on 07/08 models?
Are there any other things i should pay extra attentoin to?
Motomummy.com has them for $260 right now.

Don't go PCIII old technology, PCV is the way to go.
