Rear OE Dunlop made it 2,200 miles. Doing a Qualifier on rear (replaecement for 208's I'm told), then will evaluate and switch both in spring to....?

J, hello my good man, and good day. I have just changed from the

d-208's which had gone 3,000 miles, they werent slicks yet, now I have

corsa III diablo, they seem ok. but I want a tyre that will go 5,000 miles.

I will keep reseaching this myself untill I have found the one, I have a

friend who has a speed tripple and I saw his rear tyre @ 3,000 miles and

still looked fresh, are you wearing the outside edges off on all those race

tracks and twisty roads? .....signed cluess.

DRJ, that don't seem alot out of the rear, looking a mine it should make3k. Qualifier is a top tyre had them on my ZX10R.
What sort of riding you doing ?

I had forgot to add, the speed triple friend was running PC-2's.

DrJ, did you think the Power CT2's worked well? My experience with them(on another bike) left me thinking they'd be a more compliant and comfortable replacement for the 208's on the SD.
