Well I can honestly say my dealer never has mentioned anything about warranty. They seem like some good eggs and I don't think they would leave me hanging.
But as far as the power goes, the air/fuel mixture I know is a bit wavy, but should it not produce good power in the places it's spot on? The torgue curve is relatively flat, except for the minor dip around 6500. If the air/fuel is the cause of the low power, would not the dips in power follow the air/fuel curve?
Also Lockers, I do have a PC3 on it, and the graph is after it was tuned. The dude was shooting for like 13.8 mixture for some reason. Is that what Harley's shoot for? This dealer is mainly a Harley dealer.
Also, I think they had an issue with lag in the oxygen sensors they used. When I look at my PC3 fuel map it looks like a friggin saw-tooth pattern. I think it was too rich, then too lean, and the tuner did not let the sensor stabilize at each tweak - so it oscillated back and forth as he went up the RPM range.
I manually smoothed out the map, but I have not lugged down my computer to load it yet. Also, he did a basic map, not each cyclinder individually.
I guess I need to find a better dyno place. <Sigh>
