If I understand you correctly, you have the racing suspension on your SD. Is that right?
I imagine it would be a bit too hard for day to day city riding and even for longer trips on the road.
If you have the stock front and rear end then if I were you I'd be tempted to refit these for road use and keep the racing stuff for the track.
