speaking from someone who has worked with tyres for 18 years.the slim/instant fix materials WILL KILL YOU. they do work to get you home at a low speed.and sometimes the tyre will not take a repair after it has been used. the only way to repair a bike tyre is to get it plugged with a mushroom patch no larger than 6mm.if it,s a small hole ie 1-2mm i use a std patch that way i,m not cutting into the cords of the tyre.i DO NOT repair front m/c tyres as a rule. someones life is worth more than £6.95.hope this helps
