I just bought the G2 throttle system with the 050K cam for my 08 SDR. It's a little bit faster than stock and really good quality. Avoid the one from KTM Powerparts as it is more expensive and lower quality

I've always found that last 1/4 of a turn a pain to get to. I already owned the G2 so just manned up and ordered the .50 cam ready for next season on the track

I am sending you an extra cam. It is the 025K cam. It is 10% larger than the 050K. The reason that I am doing this is because anyone that will pay more in freight than the part cost is a compliment to me. You will have to modify the throttle housing a small amount so I have attached the modification instructions.

am i asking too much to have a cam that only requires a quarter turn but helps with the snatchyness of the throttle?
i was going to get the g2 with the 0400 cam or the RC8R cam to deal with that problem

There is no difference it's the same throttle kit.
The only thing it doesn't say is whether the one on ebay is the version with delrin inserts or not as you can get with or without.

Were to i find just the CAM?....i already have the kit, and would like to try just the different cams. The 050 and the 025 cam would be sick to have laying around for nice days

I put you down for quick cam and stock cam, quick cam comes with the throttle and stock cam so you can swap back and forth for the road if you don't get on with the quick one.
I got a mail back from them and they're going to do us a deal, they're going to pay the delivery costs and have rounded down the order cost, essentially this equates to about 3.5% off the items themselves.
I'll get the exchange figures for conversion to dollars from paypal and confirm what everybody owes shortly.

I did the "tight arse quick throttle mod" last night, initial impressions on the ride to work this morning are pretty good, I left a little too much slack in the throttle when I re-assembled though. I've taken the slack out of it and I'll go the long way home tonight to see what it's like on bumpy back roads
